H. A. Gill & Son Marketing Plan
Upon execution of the listing agreement we will, at the requested marketing date:
Immediately place your property in the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems database and on the H. A. Gill & Son website. It also will be featured on www.Realtor.com and other national and international real estate web sites.
Have a "For Sale" sign professionally placed on your property at your request.
Prepare and provide professionally printed brochures with the pertinent information about and photos of your property contained therein.
Advertise in the Washington Post on most weekends except holidays. H. A. Gill & Son advertises as much or more per listing than any broker in the area.
By e-mail, fax and phone, notify agents who have recently sold properties in your neighborhood and nearby neighborhoods that the property has come on the market.
Hold an agents' open house on the Tuesday before or after the first weekend the property is put on the market.
Hold the property open for inspection on the first two Sundays following the listing of the property and as often as deemed necessary thereafter.
Install, at your request, an electronic lockbox with key to your property therein for easy accessibility to all agents with or without customers or clients. Conversely, we would be happy to escort other agents and their clients through your house should you wish.
Follow up with all interested principals and agents who have toured the property.
Give you constant status reports as to the progress of the marketing.
Provide you with the experience that our agents have gained from, on average, more than 25 years in the real estate business, which has given us an unsurpassed ability to bring prospective purchasers to the table, the best in negotiating skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the often complex elements of real estate transactions in our area.
